LiDAR, a radar system that detects the position, speed, and other characteristic quantities of a target by emitting a laser beam, is mainly composed of transmitting system, receiving system, information processing and other parts. 2D LiDAR is designed to emit only a single beam onto the target object to collect important data on the X and Y axes. It is an intelligent sensor used for detecting objects in the radar surrounding area and outputting real-time position data of the objects, calculating the distance and azimuth of the detected objects through the round-trip time and angle of the emitted laser, completing the sensing and 2D positioning of one or more objects in the surrounding area.
