At the highly anticipated CeMAT ASIA 2024, Asia International Logistics Technology and Transportation Systems Exhibition, LSROBOT made a remarkable debut with a series of groundbreaking automation and intelligent logistics solutions. At this industry event, LSROBOT presented 2 distinctive 3D SLAM unmanned forklifts, demonstrating its expertise and attracting significant attention.
Champion in Lightweight Handling, A New Choice for Smart Logistics
The release of the “Little White Car” – LXST20-D indoor lightweighted handling 3D SLAM unmanned forklift, became the highlight of the exhibition. With its unique design and outstanding performance, it precisely meets the market demand for lightweight, efficient, precise, and safe logistics solutions.
Compact and Agile, Tackling Space Challenges: With compact dimensions (1685x850x1903mm) and a minimal turning radius of 1335mm, Little White Car can easily navigate narrow indoor aisles, effectively handling various spatial challenges. Its height is carefully adjusted to excel in scenarios like cross-floor transfer.
Efficient and Safe, Powered by 3D SLAM Technology: Equipped with 3D SLAM LiDAR navigation and mapping technology, Little White Car can generate accurate 3D point cloud maps over large areas, laying a solid foundation for precise positioning and navigation. Its advanced environmental awareness enables efficient, precise handling tasks. With 7 in-house developed LiDAR sensors and 1 high-precision inertial navigation system, it builds a multi-layered safety net, ensuring stable and secure operation in complex indoor environments.
Intelligent Recognition for Precise Forking and Unloading: Using 128-line LiDAR scanning, Little White Car can rapidly detect pallet shapes, sizes, and locations, creating 3D models. With advanced learning algorithms, it accurately identifies pallets, performing precise forking and unloading. Even if pallets are misaligned or shifted, the forklift can quickly re-scan and intelligently adjust its orientation and fork position, ensuring smooth, efficient handling.
Highly Integrated for Superior Performance: Little White Car seamlessly integrates with WMS, WCS, and FMS systems, empowering smart warehousing and efficient multi-machine scheduling. Its extensive expandability allows integration with various modules like location monitoring, elevator control, and rolling door control, providing tailored smart manufacturing and handling system solutions.
High-Frequency Handling in Circulation Mode: In circulation mode, Little White Car is ready-to-use right out of the box. Even beginners can set routes and tasks with ease. It executes efficient, repetitive transport tasks along pre-defined routes and can be flexibly adjusted as needed, simplifying route expansion or reduction. Additionally, it allows seamless switching between manual and automatic modes, enabling operators to easily take control when responding to unforeseen situations.
LXE20-B Outdoor Counterbalanced 3D SLAM Unmanned Forklift: A Strong Support for Outdoor Logistics
Another star at the exhibition was LSROBOT’s outdoor counterbalanced 3D SLAM unmanned forklift, the LXE20-B. This forklift not only boasts impressive load capacity and stable performance but can autonomously handle transport tasks in complex outdoor environments, such as steep slopes.
The LXE20-B excels in stacking pallet cages, using LSLiDAR’s self-developed 3D LiDAR technology, including a 128-line hybrid solid-state LiDAR, to achieve high-precision environmental detection and safety. It accurately identifies a variety of pallet cages, offering multi-layer stacking capability to maximize warehouse space. Additionally, its high-precision local control limits stacking error to within 5mm. The built-in intelligent AI anomaly detection algorithm analyzes and adjusts the forklift’s position and angle relative to the pallet cage, ensuring precise stacking every time and reducing potential losses and risks from stacking issues.
Leading Technology Showcasing Core Competencies
Alongside the standout performances of the LXST20-D and LXE20-B, LSROBOT further demonstrated its strength with a comprehensive display of core technologies and product lines. Featured equipment included LSLiDAR’s high-performance LiDAR systems, the world’s first 3D SLAM forklift/AMR domain controller, and the I-NAV high-precision inertial navigation system, all independently developed. These hardware solutions enable customers to build advanced 3D SLAM autonomous forklifts, greatly shortening development cycles and reducing costs, reinforcing LSROBOT’s leading position in the autonomous forklift market.
This exhibition highlighted LSROBOT’s comprehensive in-house development capabilities, from foundational hardware to advanced algorithms, showcasing its depth of expertise and forward-thinking vision in logistics automation and intelligence.
