Lightweight Handling Champion: LSROBOT LXST20-D 3D SLAM Unmanned Forklift – An Efficient and Safe New Choice

With the increasing demand for automation and intelligence in the logistics industry, the LXST20-D, a 3D SLAM unmanned forklift from LSROBOT, has been developed specifically for lightweight material handling. It is designed to meet the market’s need for high-efficiency, precision, and safe logistics solutions with its unique design and exceptional performance.

This unmanned forklift features a compact size of 1685*850*1903mm and a turning radius of only 1335mm. The perfect combination of a narrow body and ultra-small turning radius allows it to easily navigate narrow aisles and handle various spatial challenges with ease.

To cater to specific scenarios like multi-floor handling, the vehicle height has been meticulously adjusted to ensure excellent adaptability in these settings. With a rated load capacity of 2 tons, the LXST20-D is not only suited for lightweight material handling but also easily handles standard tasks, offering both high efficiency and flexibility.

Additionally, the forklift’s status lights have been upgraded from a single front indicator to four-sided indicators, allowing factory staff to monitor operational status at all times, improving safety during operations.

3D SLAM Navigation and Localization Technology for Quick Project Deployment

The LXST20-D integrates LiDAR-based 3D SLAM positioning and navigation technology, enabling the creation of accurate 3D point cloud maps for large-scale spaces of up to millions of square meters. Its powerful environmental perception capabilities capture rich details, providing a solid foundation for precise navigation and positioning.

The deployment process is efficient and convenient. No on-site modifications or process adjustments are required, and within just 1-2 weeks, over 10 unmanned forklifts can be quickly deployed, significantly shortening the implementation timeline.

The LXST20-D features 7 self-developed LIDAR units and one high-precision inertial navigation system (INS). This combination greatly enhances its positioning stability. The LIDARs, positioned on the vehicle’s roof, middle, bottom, and fork tips, provide 3D navigation, 3D protection, pallet recognition, anti-collision, and fork-tip protection functionalities. They enable 360° all-around perception of obstacles, ensuring comprehensive protection and early warnings of potential risks, ensuring safe operation.

Adaptable to Various Scenarios, Suitable for Both Indoor and Outdoor Operation

Utilizing 3D SLAM LiDAR technology, the LXST20-D constructs high-precision maps in real-time, enabling precise positioning and path planning. It excels in complex indoor and outdoor environments, including areas with varying light conditions and mixed traffic.

The forklift can seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor environments without additional setup, significantly improving logistics efficiency and flexibility.

High-Precision Pallet Recognition and Smart Learning Algorithms

The LXST20-D uses a 128-line LIDAR to accurately scan and obtain pallet shape, size, and position for 3D modeling. Combined with advanced learning algorithms, it achieves high-precision pallet recognition for accurate fork-lifting operations. Even if pallets are misaligned or displaced, the unmanned forklift can quickly perform secondary recognition and intelligently adjust the vehicle and fork positions, ensuring smooth and efficient material handling.

Highly Integrated Multisystem Architecture with Strong Expansion Capabilities

The LXST20-D seamlessly integrates with systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management System), WCS (Warehouse Control System), and FMS (Fleet Management System), enabling intelligent and efficient multi-machine scheduling in warehouse logistics. Its powerful expansion capabilities allow easy integration with various modules such as location monitoring, access control, and roller shutter door control, offering customized intelligent manufacturing and handling system solutions.

Bus Loop Mode for High-Frequency Handling Operations

In the bus loop mode, the LXST20-D operates immediately, even for first-time users. Users can set routes and tasks easily following the operational instructions.

The forklift strictly follows pre-set routes for efficient loop transportation tasks, as well as flexibly adjusts based on actual needs, easily shortening or expanding transport routes. It supports both station stop and on-demand stop operation modes, allowing seamless switching between manual and automatic modes. This flexibility ensures operators can take control at any time to handle unforeseen situations or changes, maintaining smooth and safe operations.

Autonomous Charging and Intelligent Energy Management

Using precise power monitoring, intelligent path planning, and autonomous charging technology, the LXST20-D automatically returns to the charging station when the power is low. It intelligently regulates the charging speed to prevent overcharging or deep discharging, ensuring stable operation with a full charge providing up to 6 hours of runtime.

The LXST20-D unmanned forklift, with its exceptional performance, flexible operation, and highly integrated open architecture, has become the ideal choice for modern logistics. Whether for short-term projects or long-term, frequent operations, it efficiently handles a wide range of challenges in material handling, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.
